Vinifikation: Druerne er håndplukket og gennemgår derefter en streng udvælgelsesproces i kælderen. Afstilket og nænsomt presset før gæring, som udføres i rustfri ståltanke under kontrolleret temperatur på mellem 13 og 15 grader.

Duft og smagsnoter: Lys gul farve, ren og lys. En frugtbar bouquet fremhævet af citrus og tropiske frugter, med en anelse hvide blomster noter. Den første fornemmelse i munden er frisk og silkeagtig, med en fin balance og en langvarig eftersmag af delikate tropiske frugter.
